I have 25+ years of content marketing and communications experience in a variety of industries—from high tech and higher ed to natural resources and wellness. I've held positions at companies like J.D. Edwards and Prosci, and I've been a contractor with agencies such as the USDA Forest Service and Natural Resources Conservation Service. I've also freelanced for various organizations, marketing agencies and publications, plus I've worked with countless individuals in developing their resumes and bios.

I earned a B.A. in Communication from Regis University, graduating summa cum laude. I also hold numerous holistic health certifications such as Reflexology and Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. And I'm a Certified Professional Resume Writer. Oh, and I'm a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo because... you know... kicking and screaming. It helps.

I currently live in Fort Collins, Colorado, and am passionate about hanging with my rescue doggy, writing, hiking, fishing, wildlife photography, and adventurous drives in the Colorado high country. I especially like exploring Colorado's State and National Parks, U.S. Forest Service lands, and county open space. And all year long, I search for Colorado wildlife with my Nikon camera and telephoto lens in tow.
